Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT/IMPS to the customer’s bank account after submitting necessary bank details.

In case of payment gateway delays, please allow additional 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.


  1. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  1. If the product/service was purchased under a “No Refund Policy” or during a promotional sale.
  2. If the refund request is initiated after the eligible time frame (7 days).
  3. Failure to provide required documentation or proof of purchase.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Fees

If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

For cancellations after shipment, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment gateway charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
